2. Receive an e-mail with the required forms and consents to be filled prior to the scheduled appointment.
3. If your visit requires a video visit, on the day of the appointment, you will receive a text message with the link for your virtual visit. No application download is required. You may attend the telemedicine session via any computer, tablet or telephone that is camera and microphone enabled.
4. Your credit card will be charged the total amount required for the service at the time of booking (unless you have selected a service which includes multiple visits requiring a deposit; above).
5. Your provider will send any prescriptions or lab orders following the visit, if indicated.
