GETTING STARTED IN TELEHEALTH

1. Schedule your appointment by pressing any one of the "buttons" linking you to our services. If there is a required deposit, your card will only be charged the deposit amount at the time of booking with the final payment being charged once you decide and agree to move forward with the full service (via invoice sent to your email).

2. Receive an e-mail with the required forms and consents to be filled prior to the scheduled appointment.

3. If your visit requires a video visit, on the day of the appointment, you will receive a text message with the link for your virtual visit. No application download is required. You may attend the telemedicine session via any computer, tablet or telephone that is camera and microphone enabled.

4. Your credit card will be charged the total amount required for the service at the time of booking (unless you have selected a service which includes multiple visits requiring a deposit; above).

5. Your provider will send any prescriptions or lab orders following the visit, if indicated.

What methods of payment do you accept?

Our telehealth practice operates on a cash payment basis, and we accept various forms of payment, including all major credit cards, all major debit cards, as well as FSA (Flexible Spending Account) and HSA (Health Savings Account) cards. Let us know if you have any further questions! **We do offer a payment plan for our 12 week weight loss package. Email for more information.

**We’re opening June 23rd for in-office visits — and we’ll be accepting a variety of insurance plans to make your care even more accessible!

What other virtual services do you offer?

Trinity Healthcare Practice LLC recognizes that accessing comprehensive and well-organized care can be challenging. We offer additional services to support you, including medication counseling, medication management, and QUICK CARE VISITS for acute conditions such as UTIs, URIs, sinus infections, and STDs, as well as chronic conditions like hypertension, diabetes, the asthma trifecta, high cholesterol, GERD and more. We also provide "responsible" supported weight loss programs. Dr. Mond, a Family Practice Provider with extensive experience, specializes in managing multiple coexisting disorders and illnesses.

What is the Asthma Trifecta?

The term "Trifecta" refers to a clinical syndrome in which an individual experiences a combination of asthma, allergies (such as hay fever, rhinitis, and chronic sinusitis), and atopic dermatitis (eczema). It's common for people to have two or more of these conditions simultaneously, as they often coexist in varying degrees. Symptoms are often triggered by environmental factors, which can be identified through blood or allergy testing. With tailored treatment plans, the Trifecta can be effectively managed and controlled.

What types of "specialized" care do you offer at Trinity Healthcare Practice LLC?

Trinity Healthcare Practice LLC provides personalized care for managing asthma, severe allergies, and atopic dermatitis (eczema)—conditions often grouped together as the Asthma Trifecta—along with other related disorders. Dr. Mond will conduct an initial consultation for those who schedule an appointment. Ongoing management includes comprehensive assessments, treatments, and follow-up evaluations for each condition, whether virtual OR in-office. Overall, we offer a VAST array of services!

What does a "virtual" program/membership consist of after scheduling?

At Trinity Healthcare, we offer a one-on-one consultation with Dr. Mond. During this session, Dr. Mond will review and evaluate your current health history, provide personalized education, discuss management options related to lifestyle and medications, and outline expected outcomes.

What types of women's health services do you offer?

We offer personalized care for managing challenging menopausal symptoms (VMS), urinary symptoms and Vitamin D deficiency, which is often a major cause of severe fatigue. We offer a variety of methods of birth control, STI screenings and cervical cancer screenings.

Do you accept insurance?

We are currently incorporating private and commercial insurance options and will continue to add panels. Call to be certain we accept your insurance. Additionally, we accept cash payments through credit and debit cards, as well as FSA and HSA accounts.

Will you extend services to other states in the future?

Currently, our services are available in Illinois and Missouri for telehealth. We are working towards expanding to Mississippi, Maryland, Arizona, and New York. Trinity Healthcare also provides Primary Care Services to those residing in the Metro East of STL as well as STL.

Are my virtual visits and healthcare information private and safe?

Trinity Healthcare Practice LLC has entered into Business Associate Agreements (“BAA”) with all selected practicing workspaces, EMR systems and applications. BAAs establish a legally binding relationship between HIPPA-covered entities and business associates to ensure complete protection of personal health information (PHI) across platforms.
